Everyday Essential Collection Part 7: PanAway

Have you taken Ibuprofen? You probably have, just like I did for a long time. But did you know it’s not the best choice? It can be very harmful and there are lots of other much safer options!

“Ibuprofen and Aspirin have been linked to anemia, DNA damage, heart disease, hearing loss, hypertension, miscarriage and even influenza mortality (these are just 7 of the over 24 adverse health effects its been connected with.)
“Long-term high-dose use of painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac is ‘equally hazardous’ in terms of heart attack risk as use of the drug Vioxx, which was withdrawn due to its potential dangers.” – Reuters” *

I didn’t want to be taking that any longer, so what I found as an alternative was Young Living’s essential oil blend named PanAway! It’s great for headaches, muscles aches and injuries just like ibuprofen but without all the dangerous side affects!

This oil is specifically designed for inflammation and pain. It brings extra oxygen to the injured place so it speeds up the healing process! It’s one of our families favorites!

Practical Uses:
-Rub on temples to relieve headache
-Rub onto joints for arthritic relief
-Apply to lower back to relieve pain or massage onto sore muscles

This oil should only be used topically, don’t take internally.
