I love to use peppermint oil before I go on a run! I just add a drop to my water bottle and I’ve got a fueled workout! It’s such a simple and healthy way to add extra momentum to your exercise routine!

Practical Uses: 
-Put a drop in a glass of water to help with an upset stomach
-Massage into feet to reduce a fever
-Massage onto temples to relieve headaches
